WHO ARE WE
Welcome to the 1st Reconnaissance Battalion. Established as a community in August 2026 and ready to deploy, we pride ourselves on the maturity and professionalism of all our Marines. We constantly aim to establish ourselves as the most effective and well-trained organization.
At its core, the 1st Reconnaissance Battalion is essentially a role-playing community. We strive to promote an immersive and professional environment for members to role-play in by providing a unique and structured military experience. When in-game, members are expected to act as if they are on a foreign battlefield. For these reasons, the minimum age to join the 1st Reconnaissance Battalion is 18 years old, and we require your commitment to stay within the community.
Our goal for the 1st Reconnaissance Battalion is to always balance realism with fun. If members are not enjoying the experience, then there is no point in the unit existing or them being here. When a decision between the two has to be made, we always have to remember that this is a game and we are here for entertainment—a hobby maintained with proper military bearing.
